The farm includes an orchard, which is where you first arrive, an apple-processing plant, a pig-breeding area, cereal crops grown for feeding pigs and a few beef cattle, which help to keep the grass mown in the meadows. The cellar, which is the tasting area, is in the heart of the 17th century farm buildings.
